Eureka Forbes — Defective piece received & not getting any replacement or even repair service in warranty period for last 6 months | |||||
I purchased eureka forbes aquasure xpert model on 25th feb. 2016 from local dealer, sai aqua services, (Mob. No.[protected],[protected],[protected] lekhanagar, cidco, nashik. It was defected piece. From the very first day, model was showing leakage of water. Since then, sai aqua services sent technician 4 to 5 times but they couldn't resolve the problem. Then sai aqua services refused for replacement & told to approach eureka forbes for support. Then i approached eureka forbes. The company couldn't even send the technician to check the problem. Company asked me to take the model and come to care center. I carried model from my home to company care center myself. Then company told that pump in machine is not working and pump needs to be replaced. This conversation was about 24 days before. Since then i am waiting for pump replacement and my machine is totally off. Bottom-line, even after purchasing eureka forbes aquasure xpert model, i am purchasing drinking water from outside since last month because of negligence in service of eureka forbes. My complaint to eureka forbes is pending since july 7, 2016. Complaint no. Is 88797533. Still complaint is not resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
