I bought the euroka Forbes lvac pro vacuum cleaner in Nov 2023. I lodged a complaint about the unit in Dec 2023. I did call the customer support several times only to be told they are working. I exchanged about 15 emails with grievance team. One of the service engineer visited in 3rd week of Feb and informed that his unit would come back. Till date there is no update nor action
I need this to be escalated to their respective teams
