Purchased aquagard - amaze on 23rd august. The new ro has a defective membrane.
Highly unsatisfied with eureka forbes
1. Installation visit was after 10 days of purchase
2. Installation agent checked water quality and was satisfied with quality 600 tds
3. Complaint raised by us 2 days later and other agent visited 7 days later to check salty water issue. Said that membrane was faulty and needs replacement.
4. No one contacted from eureka forbes for next 1 week. 3 agents visited the next week to again verify the issue. Suggested that membrane needs replacement. Stated that replacement will be done in next 1 day. Expected date of replacement 11- september
5. No contact initiated from eureka forbes till 23 september.
6. Between 11-23 september we have called customer care on daily basis for updates.
7. Customer care has no clue about the status of complaint.
8. Only thing customer care has been doing is forwarding the complaint to concerned team and asking us to wait for call.
9. 23rd sept we received a call from eureka forbes to co-ordinate with the seller because the ro kit had old membrane. The return policy of seller is 10 days.
10. No contact initiated from eurekaforbes after september 23.
11. We call aquaguard eureka forbes sales and service daily from 23 september, they daily assure us that service will be completed the same day and they have contacted service team regarding this. We do not get any call from eureka forbes service center
12. Eureka forbes service center customer care is never able to transfer my call to their manager because the manager is never available in office.
13. We have sent 10 mails collectively to [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in and deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com ; still no response.
