Eureka Forbes — DELAY IN SERVICE AND NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER CARE | |||
SIR, I BOUGHT A WATER FILTER ON 29/9/14 AND AS PER THE TERM THE MACHINE NEEDS A GENERAL SERVICE. I WAS AKSED TO CALL AT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE BUT FOR 10 DAYS THEY DIDNT ENTERTAIN MY CALL AND LATER THEY ASKED THAT THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED YET. I ASKED THEM WHAT IS THE SOLUTION BUT THEY DIDNT HELP ME. I M HAVING THE ORIGINAL BILL WITH ME YET HOW COME THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN REGISTERED. THIS KIND OF SERVICE WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM EUREKA FORBES MY FAMILY HAS BEEN A PART OF YOUR CONCERN FROM PAST 5 YEARS..
