I bought Aqua guard Green RO. I was promised that there will be 3 free service in the first year in the intervals of 4 months. Unfortunately they dont keep any track of it and we have to remind and struggle to get the service. I raised a request for 2nd service on 15/07/2014 and technician comes on 16/07/2014 late evening. Have no idea what service he did, after the second service machine stopped filtering water. Since then I am calling them to come and attend but so far no one has turned. Every time I call, they ask me My address telephone no etc etc etc but no one makes note of it nor takes any initiative to serve. Total number of calls made, 20 in two days. Got 20 falls commitment from service engineers and Team Lead ( Nandhini Service Centre Bangalore).
