I have purchased Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 200 through one of the Eureka agent on 25/12/2016 and the order no : SO139909/ Auth : 021641. RR No :[protected] : Inv : 237 and from that day my struggles stared.
During initial commitment, I will get the product in 2 days.. but, after 19 days ( today ) I have to take my money back with lot of struggles/escalations. The reason being they don’t have stock and doesn’t know when they will manufacture and deliver the product. ?
Interesting part is that they don’t update to the Customer nor pick up the phones.. in spite, if I call Customer care the response is that they don’t deal offline/Agent bookings, .. now the question is, whom to contact and escalate my problem ?
I almost called 30 to 40 numbers to find some escalation point to get my money or the product. I really don’t know, what the management is doing if they can’t deliver or meet the Customer requirement.
Interesting and funny part is, in between I get a call from Customer care asking for the feedback on the product ?. What feedback I can give without having product in hand ?. I really doubt, do they check before calling Customer whether the product is delivered or not ? In my life, first time taking money back for not having the product. I am sure management will take this message and do justice to Customers.
Final interesting point is, in there turm home demo means guy will tell what product to buy not showing the live product ?? ??! :-) Was this information helpful? |
