We bought an aquagaurd magna in feb 2016. It just stopped working after only a few months, the service tech who came to check the problem asked us to change multiple parts and we did that, but the problem still persists. There is either a problem with the technician or it's an issue with the product.
The service tech left stating that he would discuss this with the company and the next day we find that the service ticket has been closed. (Service ticket : [protected])
We contacted the toll free number and it directed us to call mr. Deka (+[protected] he is very unprofessional and every time we talk to him and he keeps giving excuses and says that he is in a movie or he is out or some other reason.
As per the service tech who came, he said that the product needs to be replaced, please do the needful, because it's only less than a year and we have been facing this issue since april 2016 and never got a solution
