I have escalated ticket and Even post escalation, no response. Such a brazen attitude. Sales person states, do whatever you could. He mentioned he has recording of sale conversion etc. I told him politely, I can do anything but raise complaint. He seems to be right, and I lose. Such a pathetic support for customers..
