Ordered product via sales executive vishwanath ([protected]) of sanjaynagar, bangalore eureka forbes branch by paying full cash on 28th sep 2017, but product received on 4th october 2017. Installation request [protected] raised on 28th sep 2017, they called me and i told product still not delivered. After product received on 4th oct 2017 i keep on calling customer care. Today its 7th, spoke with shaktivel who supposed install the product, but he asked me to wait till 3 pm, i cancelled my all schedule and was waiting for installation, called him at 4pm and got informed that he is in madiwala and not possible today. By this way all my schedule and day wasted. He could have told earlier. Now i want this product need to be installed today/asap.
Also tax invoice contains mrp= 9190 rs. Where as sales person took 9690 rs, pls refund 500 rs
