[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Dr. Aquaguard faulty device | |||
Hi, I purchased the Dr. Aquaguard from eureka last September. From the time of purchase the unit has some or the other problem. It leaks all the time and they don't even bother. I am asking for a replacement to which they just give hypothetical reasons and try to wash their hands off. Is this the kind of service to be given. They have stupid policies and warranty terms. Hardware is not covered but only service. Only 30 days replacement policy. The unit we purchased has problems in the second month of installation and they are denying replacement. The sales person does not even pick call. I will never recommend this product to anybody. Was this information helpful? | |||
