Hi Everyone,

I bought this Dr Aquaguard HD Magna RO+UV, for 17000/- on 21 Feb 16 from their Direct Sales Office in 1 Floor, Sannathi Street, Poonamallee from a sales guy named Dhanavel.T. Now I shifted to Mylapore and got it installed by the company people on 30 May 16. Now within this period, the water stopped coming 3 times and all the time when I complain on their customer care number a guy comes and changes the external filter for Rs 375. Means I have spent 1125/- in 2 months after purchasing the machine for such a big amount. I am more frustrated because water inlet is form Metro water and the same is used by the other 6 houses in the apartment where I stay. Lastly on 7 Sep 16 they have taken the complaint again but till date no one has turned up. I had used their previous Booster Pump model for 6 years and felt happy about it. But this HD RO Magna is their worst product I guess and over and above Mrs Madhuri Dixit comes to campaign about it.

Updated by sjsraj I asked whether they can exchange the machine for which they say it is within the first 01 month only. Now when I call their direct sales office, or the sales guy, none of the numbers exist. I am planning to visit their office in the coming days.
