This is further to my complaint dated 5 january 2020 on the subject. Following a response from the company's representative, anita, that someone from their bandra office will contact me and resolve the problem, i first received a call from someone early last week. However, he continued to maintain the appliance has stopped functioning because the contract was not renewed. When i told him to read my complaint before calling again, he disconnected. A couple of days later, swapnil called saying he will resolve my problem immediately but i have not heard from him after that. It will soon be 3 months since the aquaguard stopped working and eureka forbes has not even bothered to send any representative, let alone solve my problem. Please could you arrange for an immediate resolution or alternatively, let me know the manner in which i should escalate the matter so that there is no further delay in resolving my problem.
