I purchased the subjected machine in Indore, (MP) through Mr. Jaysingh ([protected]) in May, 2016 but till date the original bill and the GOLDEN CARD for life time free service (as committed by Mr. Jaysingh) is not received. Mr. Jaysingh is not responding. The copy of receipt is attached. For same purpose I personally visited the office at Shaphire Tower, Vijaynagar, Indore and discussed the issue at reception on 18.08.2016. Reception asked to contact Mr. Vinod Baghel, Team Leader ([protected]) but still there is no result. Mr. Jaysingh is not responding and Mr. Vinod is asking to contact Mr. Jaysingh.
The worst response I had ever seen.
Thinking returning back the machine or approach in consumer court because even after passing 4 Month I had not received the bill. Who is responsible if any problem arrises in machine and it is under warranty/guarranty?
I will suggest not to purchse the machine because the representative of EUREKFORBS are bluff Masters, remain in contact till the purchasing only.
In this window I expect the responce and copy of with Golden Card and disciplinary action against the cheater representatives.
