I have requested on 16/06/2017 for service of Dr.Aquaguard Magna installed at my home. The request was attended by Ms.Priya. S.
Since there was no response from local service provider, I have called again on21/06/2017 attended by Sri. Yogesh Kanth M.
After the request, i got a call from a fellow informing not to call office for service and he will do it personally and demanded Rs. 4500/- to 5000/- for getting it serviced. Two days later, got a call from office at Kannur and informed that around Rs 5000/- will be required for the service of the purifier.My wife asked how you know it exactly, without attending the home to diagnose the fault and asked them to send a technician urgently. Till now nobody has attended.
The present machine was installed by the advise of Eureka Forbes technician after replacing another machine ( classic) which have an ongoing AMC. I faced several problems after installing the new one as they are not attending for service when requested.
Please let me know what should I do now.
Several email communications passed in this regard and every time got reply that the service will be done within two days.Finally I got a complaint request number [protected]. It is nearly two months the machine stopped working. Was this information helpful? |
