I bought dr. Aquaguard magna nxt model in september 2017.
Now from 15-june-2018 onwards we are facing problem with product (Red light blinking).
After that i have raised service request and technician told it was problem with board and after one week another technician came and told its a filter problem and needs to be replaced...
We are of 3 members family and uses this water only for drinking and not for any other purpose like cooking etc.. How the filters gets damaged with in 9 months??? This looks to be they are not at all maintaining quality and giving us some defect and less quality filters..
For last 15 days we are requesting technician to resolve it but no proper response from them..
From this forum we are requesting it to be addressed and should replace the product...
