We have bought Dr. Aquaguard Magna six months ago.And now it has stopped working in such a short span of time.We are shocked to know this type of service from such a prestigious company. Who shows such a big adds in the television through famous actors to make a fool of people. I reported to the problem using [protected] toll free. No. and the reg. complaint no. is [protected].The technician visited and checked the machine and tol d us that the pump is not working . so it has to be changed . so called to the company for the pump but they told us that the pump was not available in the warehouse. So they didn’t gave us any fixed date to change the pump . so our problem has not been rectified still yet. If the product is not withstand not even six months it means your product is worthless . by paying such huge amount. Such a pathetic service from your company .please immediately resolve my problem
