have been following up with the customer service team pertaining to address my Aquaguard leakage problem and all I have been hearing is we will resolve it as soon as possible. How soon?
I renewed my AMC in November and I requested for Filters to be changed in December 1st week however it was after 15 days it was changed i.e. 28th December post that there is water leakage problem where water is continuously flowing out from filters which is inside of filters.
Since than I am being told that the engineer will come but no one has addressed. I spoke to Vivek on 31st December morning i.e. today who said he was the Manager in customer support and I was told that by 1pm the engineer will come but no one has come.
May I request to you please stop harrassing me and put me to someone who can address my issues or may I request you please take your Aquaguard back or send me the address and take this back. I'll go to another company who are empathetic. Was this information helpful? |
