Eureka Forbes — dr aquaguard nrich product not serviced

My product was not serviced even after escalating the matter to the required concerned person ronak patel and he did not have a courtesy to respond to a single email. Today my warranty period has expired and the company wants me to renew the amc and then only they will change the filter. If a product is within warranty period then why should a customer pay anything. No one is bothered to answer my request. Kindly guide me. The complaint number is [protected].
