[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — dr aquaguard nrich ro+ uv+ mtds water purifier | |||
My service request number was [protected] initially and then changed to [protected] on 23rd. The push pedal of the tap of my water purifier was broken since 20th august. 21st morning was the first time when i registered a complaint by calling their customer care number [protected]. After that, since yesterday i called more than 10 times on the same number, emailed deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in but no still attended my service request. Every time i called their customer care, i got exactly the same scripted response but no one bothers to escalate or sort out my problem proactively. On 22nd i got an sms that a technician (Umesh r [protected]) has been assigned who never responded to my calls. Whenever i gave poor feedback after talking to the customercare representatives, i got a call from another customer care representative asking for the reason for my dissatisfaction. I tried explaining my problem there also but they also seem to have scripted response without any intention of solving my problem. I told them repeatedly that i am not able to use my purifier and i have no other alternative source of drinking water in my house. Everyday i had to borrow water from my neighbours or buy bottled water. Not only this, in total i have spent at least 2 hours talking to their customer care without any result. Even if i told them about going to consumer forum, nothing changed so far. Eureka forbes has outsourced their product servicing part to 3rd part agencies.in my case the agency involved is [protected]@eurosmile.in. These agencies are absolutely inefficient and doesn't seem to have any sense o[censored]rgency or least bother about customer satisfaction. I am absolutely frustrated and clueless now and don't know when my complaint will be serviced.
