The machine was ordered on 11th June, 2016 and delivered, installed on 14th June, 2016. Subsequently, we observed that the electronic function of the water purifier was faulty. Subsequently, a complaint was raised to Eureka (service request number: [protected]) to fix the problem. A notification was received by me that technician Mr. Rohit Ramesh Shettye will attend to the problem. However, this job was assigned to another technician Mr. Vishal Kajare who visited my flat and attended. The repaired machine did not work as demonstrated by the salesman Mr. Amol Kolekar with some fault in the electronic device. The same was witnessed by Mr. Amol Kolekar when I called him to check the machine.
Several phone calls have been made by me to Eureka Forbes representatives Mr. Pravin Kor, Mr. Shenine Joseph but no response and calls being unanswered.

I solicit Eureka Forbes to take immediate action in replacing the machine as it is seen that the electronic component, which is the key device for purification is faulty. Hence the purpose of water filtration/purifying is void.
