I would like to raise a request for the return of the product immediately. Trying to reach the sales person has been pain.
There are quite a few reasons for the unsatisfactory product:
A) product itself is not as per expectation.
B) excess amount charged is yet to be refunded. Card was swiped but then sales person approached saying because of gst, we cannot accept card payment. I provided him cheque with a commitment that the refund would be initiated in a weeks time. Now when i try to call him he says... 'main kya kar sakta hoon sir.. Maine email bhej diya hai'. I'm constantly pursuing him with for this.
(This was finally done on sept 19th after more than a month of making excess payment)
Before sales, its like customer is the boss, calling him every now and then to make the deal happen. After sales, sales person thinks they fooled the customer and happy to achieve their target and get their incentive.
C) at the time of sale, i was committed that the product would be installed in 3 days. It took more than 15 days for the product to arrive.
In between, when i confronted the sales person and asked him to cancel the order because of delay. He told that he will get the discount in cash for the money being spent on of bottled water for the period, the product is not installed.
Again a big lie.
I guess this eureka forbes company is no more the customer friendly company it used to be when it started water purified business. I'm surprised at their behavior now, comparing it with the behavior when eureka started this business and we were very few customers in our town for their blue color old model.
On 19th sept, i have already informed eureka team that the cheque payment has been stopped.

Company, call centre, service centre, technicians are not talking to each other and customers are de prices of basic services.
Awful excuse.

Eureka Forbes seems to be becoming sham company. I too have not received any response so far.
There are very few unsatisfactory customers who raise their complaint and we need to raise each complaint separately. you have responded to my complaint when reporting your issue, thus it does not show correct figures.
Could you please raise your complaint as a seperate thread? Everyone should know of the awful experience.
