[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — duplicate/faulty product delivered | |||
Hi All, This is to inform you. I booked Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner WDX2 on 14th January 2020 with full payment of 15000.00. Product was delivered to me on 23rd January 2020 since they were busy itseems. DEMO of the product was on 26th January 2020. Since i am working in a corporate i use machine once in 4-5days. Hence i hardly used for more than 5times. On 28th february 2020 when i tried to use machine was not working. I raised complaint via customer care on 1st of march 2020 and status of that is still open. I have nearly called customer care and sales executive who sold product to me for more than 35times i have recordings too if you require. Sales person from chennai (sanjay and sivaperumal) have mentioned to me that “we cant help because out of 50machines 10will be faulty, if you have any issues contact customer care” it has still not been resolved. Today 11th march 2020 its more than 10days this issue is not solved yet! They are a cheaters and frauds spreaded over the world. They do not know to handle simple customer query. I am totally dissatisfied and happy to return back and get my refund. I dont want to use this machine anymore. When ever i try calling chennai executive they always say some crap that we will escalate to seniors!
