Ureka Forbes management, I got fed up with your team and peoples, they are cheating to customers like anything. Myself is Om Prakash Gupta – [protected], Complaint no.1 I purchased one RO (model Enhance RO) under 3 year payment scheme – Rs. 1900/- quarterly ( 11 instalments). Sales man code – 9081568 – Name – Pardeep. Purchase date – 28.02.15. My ECS was not started timely hence I approached to Pradeep he said that there is some problem in our company so ECS is not getting executed timely, they will check and correct it. After one year, he came to me and said you give me your installment and I will deposit in company, I paid Rs. 1900/- to him and he given slip also to me for that amount. For your ready reference I am attaching that slip also. One day other person named Sonu (mobile no. [protected]) came to me for payment collection saying that Pardeep was fraud and he is no more with Ureka and now I will take care of his works. He shown me his I-card also. I believed on his words. After 10 days time he again came to me at my office and asked for my quarterly payment and I paid Rs. 2000/- to Sonu. At that time he said “right now I am not having receipt pad and I will give to you tomorrow”. But till today he has not given me any receipt. Neither he has not deposited this money to Ureka forbes under my account nor he is returning my money. And now he says I have not taken any money from you. During followup with him he accepted that he has taken Rs. 2000/- from me and he will return it to me (I have recording of that chat also in my mobile phone). But he is not returning the money to me. I made a complaint to Rakesh (Faridabad branch incharge – [protected]) but he is also not supporting in this matter. Several times I made a call and asked help from Rakesh. Complaint no.2 In the month of Feb2015 itself, Pardeep asked me some reference for his sale. I referred my Uncle – Phoolkan. Phoolkan also purchased same RO model and given a cheque of Rs. 2000/-. After 2 days Phoolkan’s RO was to be installed but during installation some technical issue copped up hence we asked Pardeep to replace this machine with new machine. He has lifted the machine and till today we are waiting for his return. But since he has already left the Ureka and announced as fraud he has not come with new machine. In the meantime ECS also got deducted from his bank account, pls refer below screen shot. Then I approached to Rakesh (Faridabad branch incharge – [protected]) but he has not supported. At last I made a complaint to Ureka forbes customer care (Mr. Arijit Kar) having complaint no. [protected] dated 12.04.17. Ureka is hatching fraud and useless guy who don’t extend their support to the customers. Mr. Arijit has assured me that Ureka executives will contact me to resolve the issue but till now nobody has contacted me. Finally, Ureka is a reputed company and it doesn’t looks to be good if customer is getting tortured like this and he seeks help from consumer court. Request you first of all pls stop ECS from Phoolkan’s bank account immediately and also resolve both complaints at the earliest. Your soon response is highly appreciated.
