[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — enhance ro machine problem | |||
I purchased this enhance aquaguard on 27 december 2018 its jst two months passed nd this machine has given me lot of trouble i have launched 4 to 5 complaints in just two months the after sale service is very poor i had a problem of water tank filling very slow it ws resolved after 3 days of follow up to customercare again it worked good for 5 days again i called cc bcoz water completely stopped fiiliing i have to call again nd again to the dealer nd customer care dealer says contact customer care nd cc is least bothered i really not expected this type of service from a brand like aquaguard im really disappointed with the service nd will soon file a complaint to consumer court for the same Was this information helpful? | |||
