[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — enrich water purifier -filter.and motor both damaged within 9 months of buying | |||
[protected] consumer number. Complaint lodged, both motor and filter damaged. Total bill quoted approx 7, 000 rs. The actual price of the water filter was 13, 999 rs. Eureka forbes is asking me to shell out almost 50% of the total value of the filter to replace items that have no guarantee.? And what commitment os there that the replaced parts will not be daged again ? And why shud i believe u cheaters when u have already fleeced ur customers so many times ? Its been almost 1 month of first complaint raised, but the filter is still not repaired when it is within the warranty period. Kindly confirm. Was this information helpful? | |||
