Dear Sir I am Velmurugan (NRIC S2713236G), HP: +[protected] living in Singapore. My wife SHANTHI is living in Dindigul. On April 2016 she purchased one vaccum cleaner in Venus Electronics at Dindigul, Tamil nadu (st) Past one and half month the equipment is not working properly. More than 20 times we called also no use. After two weeks one person coming and check, then he told spares don't have. After he never come. Many time she called also no pick up the phone. Pl take necessary action and arrange to rectify the problem. This one also is in under warrenty period. If any thing you want ask pl contact my wife SHANTHI +[protected]. or Velmurugan +[protected].
