There is no update on the email neither on the complaint?
Earlier i logged a complaint no.. [protected] against aquaguard motor, which was dead and there is no sound of water purification and not even able to take water in.
And it was get correct in 20 days.
Later one of your technician broke the container in which water get stored for purification and it was told to (Manager: pawan) & 3 more people who called me. But still there is no response.
Is this the way you treat people after taking the amc?
Your technician are not well trained to work properly. One issue they recover and make the another one.
What is the use of this aquaguard if there is a leakage?
Let me know, how many more days you will take to act on the complaint, else i take another step. As i have paid for the amc.
