Hi there, Last year in the month of July, 2014 I had purchased the following product. S.R. No.: [protected] RO Water Purifier Name: AG Total Reviva I was told that this product would be able to bring down the TDS level of water from 2000 to 100-150. It is not able to do that, and water is not consumable. Moreover, it has a problem of processing very slowly, at a rate of 6-7 hours per capacity. It seems like it is not continuously working but stops for 2 seconds and then works for 1 second. It is giving me pathetic experience to deal with and I am seriously going to take a serious action if this problem is not fixed. P.S. : The product is under warranty. Hoping to get a fix ASAP.
