[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — eureka forbes (aquaguard water filter)

This is a complaint regarding the misbehavior/ rude attitude of the technician (+[protected] from the hyderabad service center.

Even after 2 weeks of raising the issue and concern with the manager, mr. Pratap (+[protected] from the hyderabad service center, the issue is not solved but there have been 3-4 technicians who have been calling me and harassing me further.

This i feel is because i raised a concern about one of the technician that mr. Pratap, instead of resolving the issue wanted to harass me further and asking the other technicians to call and insult me, which is really sad.

Having paid the amc this is what as a customer i get more of harassment and ill-treatment. Even though i have raised the same concern with the customer care about 10 days ago, they keep sending the issue to the same manager who in turn keeps harassing me further.

I think that the entire organization is trained in the same way which is that if a customer raises a concern they would be harassed further but on the other hand would also keep pestering the customers (Me) by stating that my amc due for 15-20 days from this time and that i need to pay the amount, which again gives me a feeling that the entire organization is chasing money at the cost of harassing, insulting its customers and nothing else.

Hello, I am very sorry to say that the issue that I had raised against the Head/ Supervisor Ms. Mahalaxmi (I guess I have mentioned her name correctly) has not been resolved. The issue is getting sent to either the concerned person against whom I have raised a concern or to her subordinate who call me and tell me that they cannot do anything in this regard and that they would send a message to the HQ stating that they have talked with me and mention that the issue is resolved.
Hope the senior management who is above the supervisor can attend the concern I have and call and talk with me and get it resolved or else I wish to take it with the CONSUMER COURT stating that this issue being raised about 1 1/2 months is not being resolved even though the concerned person was rude and started harassing me over the phone as if she was paying my AMC all these years as well as it is our fault that we asked the technical last year to change the candle with different specifications etc.
As customers we don't even know anything about the candles that needs to be installed on the water filter and this person falsely (in order to protect herself and her technicians) claiming that we are the ones who wanted some specific candle to be installed.
It is very sad that even after 1 1/2 months the issue is not getting resolved and I feel that the Management of Eureka Forbes is only looking to make money from the AMC that we pay. This lady also started speaking in such a way as if I was working under her and starting dictating terms by saying that the technician cannot do anything better than he did and that we need to adjust ourselves and pay the AMC and told me that the issue is resolved.
