[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes Bangalore Service Support are Cheaters | |||
I have done the AMC 2 months back. Now when my Eureka Forbes water purifier stopped working, I raised a compliant 5 days back. No communication from Eureka Forbes Service Support since then. When I call the Service Support number, they assure me that by 5 PM same day technician will come to my door to fix the issue but no one came or called me. I have contacted 4 times until now, each time I am being told that my complaint has been escalated and soon the issue will be rectified. I am feeling helpless and cheated. Please look into this matter, I have proof of every thing that I stated on this Customer Forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
