Request No. 85190068 dated[protected] and my subsequent followups on dated 12th, 18th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 25th On 12th Jan a represent came under annual maintenance contract, post that my AQUASURE RO+UV stopped working and still unserviceable. Lastly a technician came on[protected] with a PCB to replace old PCB. After installing PCB, the water filter is still not working. Then he told, this PCB is not suitable for this AQUASURE and need exact PCB which is not available with them. On 23rd I again contacted customer care and they promised by 23rd evening someone will visit my home, but no one turned up. Till date, my AQUASURE lying unserviceable and I am buying bottle water from the market and spending lot of money. Over call If I'm requesting them to connect to Customer Care Executive Ms. Anu Kotian or ead of Customer Care, Ms. Vinath Hegde to escalate it further, they are not ready to do. Looks like now I ended up in no man's land.
