Hi team, I am still waiting for response, dose this complain reach to top management As i said i want the 2 year extension of amc as i lost my 2 year paid amc, with out getting proper service and part replacement, Note:lots of new technical played with our unit and which caused not working as it should be working to work, if your team does not have part available then amc contract are made with customer. Team every time i am getting info that my complain are escalated and eureka forbes will address soon my request demand. Aug 3, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved no one contacted me and this happen every time, if they can't provide the service why they getting AMC contract .
I want my 2 year AMC extension because of such poor service response . Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
