The water purifier was installed on july 7th 2017, and within a month it stopped working. Service technician who came first said that uv lamp has gone bad.
Later when replacing lamp also did not work, they are replacing pcb for which they do not have spare part. Its been around two weeks since the product is lying at home without much of an update.
The company's service helpline is of no use and updates are not proper. How can in this day and age a product breakdown within a month not be eligible for replacement.
