I purchased dr. Aquaguard water purifier from eureka forbes website on 11th aug 2020, i received a defect piece with sensor problem, next day we came to know that maintenance cost is 5800rs from technician at the time of installation. But sales person misguided about maintenance cost and told that maintenance cost comes below 2000 every year & after that i raised a request on 12th aug 20 to return that product & refund amount as per company money back policy. Still no one has come take the purifier back & not even recieved my refund amount. Everyday i am calling customer care & following up & sent mail also but no response. Customer care people not giving proper response.
