[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — eureka forbes ro water purifier not working | |||
My water purifier has not been working for the past 2 months. the technician has come once and said a part needed to be replaced but after that there is nothing being done. i have complained several times to the customer care as well as the local service center who have been very very poor in their service that they do not bother to contact or inform when my problem will be solved. besides that i have called their office as well as the head several times who has not bothered to respond to my queries.i had lodged the complaint with eureka forbes on 10th of sept and the request no is [protected].
