I have been using aquaguard product for more than 10 years now and opt for extended warranty services everytime. This time when some problem happened even after repeated complaints and calls noone is coming for servicing. The customer care person on the call will register the complaint and say that in 2 days engineer will come to check and resolve but its been more than 45 days and nobody has visited for checking.

This is really pathetic and poor responsiveness and service quality from eureka forbes which brags itself to be one of the top brands in india. Please have a look into this and help it to get resolved.
