[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — eureka forbes verve model | |||
I have bought a 2-year support contract from eureka forbes and was promised by the eureka sales vendor - mr. Prashant (+[protected]) that he would arrange for servicing of the machine every 3 months proactively without having me to call the helpdesk. I had put this condition because it is difficult for my family members to keep track of the time and remember to call the helpdesk for periodic servicing. At the time of finalizing the contract, mr. Prashant confirmed that he would attend to the machine every 3 months and he also asked his staff to mention it on the service card. But it has been 5 months and there has been no one from eureka forbes visiting yet, and inspite of calling mr. Prashant umpteen times, there has been no answer as to when will the machine be serviced as per the original commitment. I understand i have the option to call the helpdesk but i choose not to since it is the responsibility of the person signing the contract to take care of their customers. Please take this note as my official complaint against eureka forbes staff and also against a senior executive like mr. Prashant who use sugarcoated language when trying to grab customers.
