I am Using Eureka Forbes - AQUASURE SMART WATER PURIFIER

I have Purchased AMC for the Eureka Forbes Aquasure purifier that I now use.
I have been Facing Terrible issues that i would mention it below,
1) The purifier stopped working due to a PCB fault, and I have complained about it several times since 28 July 2023 . It has been seven days, and I still haven't received a satisfactory response from the support staff. The Service agent hasn't visited my home to check the problem. They are acting impolitely while keeping the situation from getting worse. After seven days, they are now claiming that they do not have the PCB for that Model. If they do not have any spares then they shouldn't promote AMC for the current model purifier. And they should be responsive enough about the same. Because of this my family is facing lots of issues related to water unavailability.
2. They have engaged in dishonest behaviour. The AMC offers two free maintenance services, but up to this point I haven't taken advantage of any of them. However, now that I've checked the status, it shows that I have claimed one service. how is this possible? This is completely fraud.
Hence, due to all this issues i would like the request for the refund of the AMC amount as early as possible. and resolve my issues.
