[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — eureka forbes water purifier under warranty and demanding money | |
I bought eureka forbes ro water purifier in january 2019. Ef performed periodic service. However, as of yesterday the water purifier is not working. Ef technician informed us that the candles are damaged and needs to be replaced at a cost. Even though the water purifier is still covered under warranty, eureka forbes is demanding 12% of the price as fee for the repair. Was this information helpful? | |
