I am one of the customers who is suffering from the worst after-sale service one could get in the entire world. The bad experience and pain which i went through cannot be expressed. I get to feel eureka forbes is the worst company ever to buy any product. I want people in india to know the service level before they buy any product from eureka forbes.
I had bought the euroclean steristeam product in the month of dec 2018. I used to use this product only on weekends and it stops working.
I logged a complaint ([protected]) on june 8th. There was no response from eureka forbes. We waited and waited even after multiple follow up. After raising the concerns on social media, eureka forbes returns my calls.
Jul 4, i get sms that technician will visit and he comes on 10th july and finds out the pump is not working and needs replacement. Once the technician left the premises, there is no update or call eureka forbes on the spare status.
26 jul, after multiple calls, technician comes with the wrong spare. The technician share the contact of his manager – rohit gopinath.
Rohit chose not to answer our call. After multiple attempts, we get a person name vivek venkates on the phone, who was arrogant/rude. Such a pity that eureka forbes hires such kind of people in customer service.
It has been 48 days now the product is not working. I want eureka forbes to replace the product or return my money in full. Was this information helpful? |
