I have registered a complaint on 21-Nov-2020 through phone [protected]. For your information this compliant is regarding non-working of Euroclean WD X2 Vacuum Cleaner. I have followed up 4 times since then but the issue has not been attended so far. Every time I have called up, I am given assurance of someone will contact me within 24 hours. In the last call the teleoperator kept me on hold seeking for someone to speak with me. She didn't revert on the line and the phone was disconnected. In my calls before I was told that the issue will be escalated internally as there has been a considerable delay already. Still to no avail.
Could you look into the matter and have a solution to the issue.
