I’m writing this to share my experience with eureka forbes for buying a basic model vaccum cleaner. I just trusted the brand eureka forbes, but i get very high disappointment from your sales person.
Salesman assurance at sale point on 26th may-2019
· life time service free, if same day payment will be done. Payment done immediately via air pay
· unit will be delivered within a week
· accepted to direct delivery at my home town villupuram, tamilnadu-605602
· demo will be shown by eureka forbes member on same day or within a week from the date o[censored]nit delivery at delivery address
· support will be 24*7
After one week from 26th may-2019
· no any response from salesman for my call / whatsapp
· after continues complaint to customer care ([protected]) more than 2times (Complaint no. [protected] & [protected]) chennai customer care service person ([protected]) contact me and fixed target date for salesman almost 3 more times finally the unit has been delivered on 22nd august-2019 (Hardly 88 days from date of payment) through professional courier.
· for that unit customer name also wrong in invoice. That information also salesmen not ready hear.
· although till now, no any demo has been showed and service / guarantee related information not yet shared to me after multiple reminder
· i have made complaint / request to chennai customer care service person ([protected]) 03 more time for demo. No solution.
If i purchased any product at road side / platform they will support me if any complaint regarding that product. But i can’t able to get from your big team.
I humbly request you advise me accordingly.
Finally one question – if eureka forbes delivered a unit / product to household or a corporate but you have not received payment for more than 45-60 days. What will be the action from your side….?
