I had purchased a water filter online with Snapdeal in February/.
It was installed after three weeks. The technician has several problems and when he left i noticed there was NO REJECT water coming after flushing process happens.
I have been calling your company for MANY MONTHS. Every time i call no one comes despite your staff telling it will be 24 hours.
I have been drinking bad water since many months, and my wife always is complaining of stomach problems. I;m an considering legal action since you are totally incompetent as a company at providing customer service. In the meantime i am not waiting two weeks since my last complaint and am told every day since one week that tomorrow some one will come.
You need to organise your company properly for such an important product. This is my worst experience in India since 8 years with any company. Was this information helpful? | |
