[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — extremely long delay in delivery of magna nxt hd ro+uv | |||
I bought a magna nxt hd ro+uv water purifier on 21st feb 2019 from www.eurekaforbes.com. i was promised a guaranteed delivery on 25th feb 2019 but the machine was finally delivered on 6th march 2019 and the package was delivered in a damaged condition. Order id: [protected] Customer id: [protected] Here are my complains and i want eureka forbes to compensate me - 1. I started actively following up with eureka forbes from 28th feb 2019 and asked the water purifier be delivered at the earliest. Every day i called, i was rest assured that the purifier will be delivered on that day but it never happened. One associate even told me that if i can't wait for the purifier then i better cancel the order and i'll get my money back after 15 days. 2. The package that was delivered to me was in damaged condition. It was open and there was a lot of dust inside. 3. The technician came to install the product on 8th march and soon after he left the "red call button" on the machine started blinking. I called to let him know but he never cared to come back to check the problem. I called today to log a ticket... Let's see how long i have to wait now... All in all, it has been an absolute horrible experience till now and eureka forbes should compensate me for all the harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
