I have an aquagaurd elegant ro purifier. Whenever i have had some defect in the product, the customer service provided has been highly unsatisfactory and delayed. My latest complaint has been left open ended since last month. The service centre doesnt want to attend to my complaint, the technician doesnt want to take calls. I would recommend to boycott their products till their customer service improves. They are not 'your friends for life'but 'your pains for life'
