[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Failure of reviva water purifier - not attended even after many calls, one month | |||||
Customer id: [protected]. Reviva ro+uv water purifier was purchased from vertex, adyar, chennai and installed on 17.08.2016 and it was failed to start on 28.08.2016. I have made many complaints to customer care services chennai and sent email also. But sofar the fault was not rectified. I am very sorry to say your service is very very poor. I have contacted sri rajesh, chennai service branch also but no response. Really it has created mental agony to me. I hope i will get a possitive response from you. Sep 30, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After pursuing through customer care centre, dealer (through him the water purifier was purchased), chennai service centre and then through consumer complaints.in website, I received a SMS from Eureka Forbes stating that the work is allocated to a service tech with name & mobile no. The technician came and rectified the fault.After the completion of work I received a call from Eureka customer care to enquire about the status of the complaint. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
