I have an Aquasure Xpert Water Purifier which can be viewed on the following link:
https://www.eurekaforbes.com/water-purifiers/aquasure-xpert. It's in warranty and the warranty is ending on August 19th 2019.
If you click on the product from the link I have shared (which is the official link by Eureka Forbes) it's clearly mentioned that "12 months membrane warranty". I complained on 2nd August 2019 regarding the issue with my product for which I was told that the “life of the membrane is over”.
However, they are charging me money for replacing the membrane saying that there is no such policy and membrane is chargeable.
I have a simple question: If membrane is chargeable then why you have mentioned and advertised on the product that "12 months membrane warranty".
The customer service don't even know the policy and are constantly misbehaving. The company is selling a product to the customer without even knowing what they have written on the product.
It's clearly mentioned on the product that 12 months membrane warranty. I want my product's membrane replaced immediately.
I have attached a screenshot of the product as well in which you can clearly see it is written that "12 months membrane warranty".
