Drinking water is a basic human need which cannot be compromised and water purifiers have become a basic necessity in all the households nowadays. My family comprises of 2 senior citizens close to 70 years of age and 1 seven year old child along with my husband and myself. We had made a purchase of a ro water purifier at ahmedabad and the seller has cheated us by delivering a faulty/defective machine. Details pertaining to the sales are as under. Type of product: ro water purifier Model: dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro uv water purifier Seller: eureka forbes direct sales Purchase date: 23/05/15 Customer name: ravindra kavi Customer id: [protected] Address: b/2 devprayag, opp. World business house, nr. Parimal garden, ellisbridge, ahmedabad 380006. Payment made: inr 15, 490/- Invoice number: [protected] Dated: 23/05/2015 Warranty period: 1 year from the date of purchase We have been delivered a defective machine which runs into some or the other kind of trouble every now and then. This puts our family at risk of different kind of water borne infections and diseases. Every time we call up the company service firstly they send the technician to address the problem not before a weeks time. During that period we become susceptible to life threatening infections. Even after repeated visits done by the company technicians, more then 20 visits in the last 11 months the water purifier shuts down due to some or the other reason which the service provider is not able to explain. We have tried to put up our case at all possible authorities of the company. They keep sending the technicians repeatedly but the problem/complaint is never resolved. The company is only waiting for this product to run out of the warranty period post which they would no longer be accountable. We have been grossly cheated by the company and we demand to get the machine replaced while it is still within the warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||

They haven't found the earliest yet... very bad after service. Will strongly advise against buying Eureka Forbes RO's and other products...

Your service team has not got in touch with us even after one whole month of the complaint. We have started facing a new set of problems with the water purifier.

We are not going to let this issue die down. We are going to reproduce your lame duck response on the social media and circulate this episode as much as possible. This will at least ensure that other buyers don't fall prey to your malpractice.
