Dear Sir / Mam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased an Aquaguard 7-8 months back from the Malda Dealer of the West Bengal.
It's very unfortunate to inform you that within this period of time 15-16 times your engineer visited my home for the servicing. Few times once per call & few times multiple times for a single call.
The machine is getting break down on its regular interval.
It may happen that water of my home's area is not suitable for this type of machine. As a result it gets breakdown on regular interval.
I have made request many times to your engineer to replace the machine but they have refused me, I have made called multiple times to your call centre and astonishingly they couldn't find my data by my registered mobile number. But if I am telling them the request I'd then they could manage the data somehow.
I have 98 years and 72 years old senior citizen in my home, I have 5 years baby in my home. You can understand easily that without water how difficult it is to pass a single day. Even it was more difficult to face the situation when they continuously scolding you for making a purchase decision of the Aquaguard.
I have made request directly to your call centre on 1st July & 22nd July but alas after the first call from my side, I expect a single call from your team as a proactive approach. But again I am hopeless as the result is same as your local team.
I am expecting your deep involvement & taking the corrective steps to keep the company's good reputation on our mind.
I am afraid by thinking when the machine go beyond the warranty, it's really will be a horrible experience if you do not involve and give us your best possible resolution.
