This is regarding mop'n'vac vacuum cleaner we bought about 3 months back and it was delivered after a month but within 10 days it was unusable as it was blowing the electrical fuse for the entire flat. A complaint was logged at that time and we got a replacement product about 20 days back. We started using that new replacement machine and since 2 days, We started to get the same issue this time in a different flat. New Complaint # [protected].
A Eureka Forbes engineer visited us today and he had no clue as the moment we plugged it in, it's blowing off the mains. It's not a flat issue as this is a different flat now and another old vacuum cleaner with all other electronics are working perfectly fine. Engineer escalated the issue and apparently had to order some replacement parts for which he had no ETA for resolution.
What kind of products are you selling with these dangerous usage conditions? Don't you test them properly? Spent Rs. 22, 000 with worst product, 3 months and 2 complaints, 1 replacement later, Still unable to use it. Need a clear ETA and need quick resolution of the issue ASAP.
